the story

No.29’s London Dry Gin is distilled, bottled, waxed & labelled in the Cathedral City of Exeter. We have worked very closely with Exeter Distillery to create a classic blend of juniper, citrus burst & dry spiced easy drinking London Dry. She was first distilled in copper columns in January 2021 providing us with the first 64 bottles making up batch 1. The name came within conjunction of our sister company Copperwood Cocktails, No.29 being the copper element number as well as copper being a huge part of the distilling process creating that smooth texture.

Martini 29

There is no better way to discover the real quality of a spirit than drinking it as pure as possible. So to do that why not try our London Dry Gin as a Martini. Whether you choose to have it wet or dry, we have partnered ours up with a fantastic Spiced Vermouth as well as recommending a few drops of grapefruit bitters.

1. Soak & Stir

Grab yourself a stirring glass to create your cocktail in and half fill it with Ice. Add a few dashes of grapefruit bitters. Pour in 35ml of Spiced Scared Vermouth and stir with a mixing spoon. Leave the Vermouth in to have yours wet or by using a Hawthorne strainer throw away the Vermouth yet leaving the ice to have it dry.
